The University of Saskatchewan Huskies defeated the No. 3-ranked Calgary Dinos in Canada West men's basketball action Saturday night. It was Senior Night at the Physical Activity Complex, and fifth-year seniors Mark Lynch, Kyle Grant, Jordan Harbidge, Rob Lovelace and Andrew Spagrud were honoured prior to the game.

Andrew Spagrud broke the Canada West Conference and CIS all-time career scoring record with a layup at 2:58 of the third quarter. He finished his conference career with 2182 points, breaking Calgary Dino guard Richard Bohne's mark of 2171 which stood since 1996.
