I added some string to a GE personal keychain alarm and created a great little trip wire alarm which can be used to alert you to intrusions into your space or property. The trip wire pulls a pin that activates the alarm. Very simple and functional. Very inexpensive as well.

  • Video would have been better if the woman with shotgun were naked, like she just got out of the shower or something. I'm just saying.

  • I think dollar store window alarms are a cheaper choice, just wrap with duct tape for water proofing and camo and done. like $2 to make. but this is still a great idea,

  • @bruceodellbrian That's a very good point!

  • thats rele cool check my trip wire vid

  • @taeyedoc99 Never seen them at Lowes.

Amazon.com has them for under $14.

I've seen them at fleamarkets also. You might find them in your local stores if they sell the "As Seen On TV" products. Much easier and quicker to buy from Amazon though.

  • @CrypticCRICKET - That is a great idea. Any idea where is a good place or site to get one of these Driveway Patrol wireless alarm? Are they available from Lowe's also? Appreciate it Circket!

  • @taeyedoc99 I found these personal keychain alarms on sale the other day a Lowes so I picked up two more. I've also recently purchassed a couple of "Driveway Patrol" wireless motion sensor alarms. I like the driveway patrol alarms better for security around the house because the receiver unit that's in the house has the alarm in it. It doesn't do anything to scare off the bad guys but you'll always hear it go off right away even if you're sleeping. Battery powered so if the power is out....

  • @CrypticCRICKET - Thanks Cricket! Will definitely go get me a few of these alarms and try it out in next camping outing. Appreciate all your wonderful videos. Do keep them coming! :)
