Well that shirt is making fun of Texans. The shirt says "I Texas Texas" it's suppose to be an insult towards somebody who loves Texas so much that they become completely oblivious to the fact that their shirt says "I Texas Texas" instead of "I love Texas". It's a pretty clever blow to the Texas stereotype.

The shirt says "I Texas Texas" that is almost too perfect for Texans. I don't think that Texans would even understand that the shirt is making fun of Texans.
