Geiriau:
Dyma'r lle lle weles i
y gwair yn tyfu o'r hedyn cyntaf un.
Yn ffynnu'n bowld uwchben y pridd,
yn hawlio'r awyr indigo i gyd.
Dyma'r lle lle glywais i
leisiau mwyn mewn awel gry'.
Tan a Dewi yn galw o'r ty,
dal i ofyn, y'n nhw'n fy 'nghlwed i o hyd?
Y'n nhw'n fy 'nghlwed i o hyd?

Dyma'r fan lle deimlais i
lwmp pel-griced yn fy ngwddw i.
A rhedeg nerth fy nhraed bach hy'
at flwch fy nghyfrinachau lawr y stryd.
Nia Eleri ar y ffon,
Macbeth a'i law yn lliwio'r mor.
(Catrin Sian, o cofia son!)
Dal i ofyn...

Dal i ofyn, a yw'r lle hwnnw'n awr
yn dal i ddala fy seiliau i lawr?
Dal i ofyn, ai'r un un ydw i?
Ai'r un yw'r asgwrn dyfodd nol mor gry',
ai'r un un ydw i?

Dyma'r ty lle steddes i
ar sil y ffenest, Arianrhod fwyn a fi.
A'r nos yn llawn alawon cry,
Gloria o Gloria a fi.
A Lowri Elen ar 'i hyd
yng nghanol y dillad ail law i gyd.
Gwen gwin coch ei llygaid hi
Dal i ofyn...

Dal i ofyn, a yw'r lle hwnnw'n awr
yn dal i ddala fy seiliau i lawr?
Dal i ofyn, ai'r un un ydw i?
Ai'r un yw'r asgwrn dyfodd nol mor gry',
ai'r un un ydw i?

A dyma'r lle, lle af i nawr
yn gobeithio dala mymrym bach o'r wawr.
A gweld y man rhwng nef a llawr,
lle aeth machlud bach fy ieuenctid i i lawr,
ac er y bum, y bum i'n wan
parhau'n gry' mae Penrhiwllan.
Ac yno af i yn y man...
yn dal i ofyn...

Dal i ofyn, a yw'r lle hwnnw'n awr
yn dal i ddala fy seiliau i lawr?
Dal i ofyn, ai'r un un ydw i?
Ai'r un yw'r asgwrn dyfodd nol mor gry',
ai'r un un ydw i?
ai'r un un ydw i?
ai'r un un ydw i o hyd?

English Translation Lyrics:
Fflur Dafydd says: "an ode to the village where I grew up, which has undoubtedly shaped me as a person. I remember seeing the green fingers our first ever lawn springing to life, talking in Macbeth-riddles with my friend (Nia Eleri) on the phone, and feeling as though the moon and Gloria Estefan were speaking only to me. I also have a memory of another friend (Lowri Elen) lying in a pile of second hand clothes, young and beautiful admist all the damaged goods. This song is dedicated to the memory of "Tan" (Hettie Anne) and Dewi Evans, Llwynhelyg, Penrhiwllan.

This is the place where I saw
the grass growing from the very first seed.
Flourishing boldly above the soil,
claiming the entire indigo sky.
This is the place where I heard
tender voices in a strong breeze.
Tan and Dewi calling from the house,
still asking, do they hear me still?
Do they hear me still?

Here's the spot where I felt
a cricket ball lump in my neck.
And running as fast as my little legs could carry me
to the box of secrets down the street.
Nia Eleri on the phone,
Macbeth and his hands steering the sea.
(Catrin Sian, oh remember to mention!)
Still asking...

Still asking, does that place now
still keep my foundations down?
Still asking, am I the same person?
Is this the same bone that grew back so strong,
am I the same person?

Here's the house where I sat
on the window sill, gentle Arianrhod and me.
And the night filled with passionate melodies
Gloria, oh Gloria and me.
And Lowri Elen lying on the bed
amongst all the second-hand clothes.
The red wine smile of her eyes
Still asking...

Still asking, does that place now
still keep my foundations down?
Still asking, am I the same person?
Is this the same bone that grew back so strong,
am I the same person?

And this is where, where I'll go now
In the hope of catching a little of the dawn.
Seeing the space between heaven and ground,
Where the sun set on my childhood,
and though I've been, I've been weak
continue in strength will Penrhiwllan.
And that's where I'll go in a while
still asking...

Still asking, does that place now
still keep my foundations down?
Still asking, am I the same person?
Is this the same bone that grew back so strong,
am I the same person?
am I the same person?
am I the same person, still?
