I lived in Romania. Their beer cannot compete with the Germans or Czechs, but their women... God blessed Romania with the hottest women in Europe. It's dangerous to drive a car down a major boulevard in Bucharest on a hot summer day. The young Romanian hotties are out in their micro mini skirts and little snug tops and I nearly crashed my Jeep several times because I was watching them and not the traffic.
The Carpathian Alps form some of the most gorgeous landscapes in the world as well.

@oplerud the answers:
q1: Because of the bad example that government gives to this people: "my interests first and if i have time i will take a look to my country". And also because everyone like to stay and do nothing and want to have money coming. Anyway, here doesn't make any sense to work for the state, the salaries are very small.
q2: Don't know who lied you with this; i travel my country and never meet what you say here.
In this country, money is the power! and nothing else more.
