This movie was taken from "Weird Al" Yankovic: The Ultimate Video Collection and here's the description from the DVD:
This homage to Bob Dylan's seminal "Subterranean Homesick Blues" video (which was part of the documentary Don't Look Back) was filmed in an alley in downtown L.A., with Bermuda Schwartz playing the Allen Ginsberg part and Jay Levey playing the other guy. It was shot as part of an "AL-TV" special that aired on VH1 ten Days later. (shot 6/7/03) directed by Al Yankovic
