The Ash Creek Meteorite fell Feb 15, 2009. Its 200 km from my home. Lucky me because I'm a meteoriticist and I go anywhere in the world to hunt meteorites. One this close was like shooting fish in a barrel.

This is over 6 trips to West, Texas which is north of Waco. There is on average 10 hours of walking to each meteorite found. Tough work. Most of the meteorites are available at my website.
