I remember when 'Take on Me' came out in 1985 and was a big hit in the UK. All the girls in my class at school were really into Morten & a-ha. I laughed at them & told them to 'grow up' & listen to good music like Led Zep & AC/DC. They were my favourite bands at the time and i still like them now. However, little did i know that over 20 yrs later a-ha would by favourite band and i would buy all their music & travel far to see them live. Very strange but true.

I'm almost crying watching this. This song was my teen anthem. Care free years and I must have listened to this song in my walkman many thousands of times. Occasionally I would think to myself, wouldn't it be perfect to hear this with a full orchestral backing.

Gosh. This is great stuff with the orchestra. I haven't bothered with a-ha since about 1987 and they have faded into my distant past along with the loads of rare stuff now that I threw out years ago. Morten Harket's voice shot to pieces? I saw them play live New Year's Eve in 1986 at this very venue. This is better than that ever was.

a GOD gifted voice, with the talent and creativity of Magne and Pal. specially in my contry where they have never gone (mexico)
since 1982 until now I belive that are the Mozart's of this past 30 years ant counting ...
