Minnie is a totally adoreable German Shepherd mix. She is available for adoption through Southern California German Shepherd Rescue (http://www.socalrescue.org). We think she might be mixed with a hound dog because she doesn't really bark, she brays a very cute "woo-whooo" and she has terrifically long legs and knobby knees for her size. She has a fantastic personality!

It breaks my heart to see stories such as Minnie's. Thank you SoCalRescue for your work in rescuing gsd's. I wish I was in a position to adopt another rescue; we had a gsd rescue years ago and he was the most lovable canine. We miss him dearly. Hope and pray that Minnie will find her forever, loving home.

Minnie is a wonderful little girl! I've babysat her a couple of times and know she's going to make some family very lucky!
Please consider making a donation to the rescue so more dogs like Minnie can be saved. Or, consider taking Minnie into your home!

Don't bring unweaned kittens to the SD pound - they kill the unweaned (but do a great job on most dogs and cats):))
Just raise them and try to find a home. It works!!! (or take them to the pound once they eat solid food)
