White Tiger Surgery - Big Cat TV

Zabu was spayed and this is part one of her stay at our cat hospital.
(*some graphic scenes of surgery are shown)
Watch the Big Cat Rescue staff and volunteers use all the care in the world to make sure everything goes as planned.
We do not breed our cats, as there are already so many unwanted big cats in the U.S.
Zabu is a white tiger which is not a rare seperate subspecies of tiger.

@17animallove Most of them respond when you call them, but they could also just be responding to the noise you're making and not their names, no way of telling really??

Hello! Did Zabu try to lick her stitches? I'm asking because when my cat was spayed, I had to make her wear an Elizabethan collar because she was trying to pull out the stitches. So I was wondering if it's the same with big cats... I know, totally random question!

@mal8881 She did, but we observed constantly gave her lots of attention and enrichment to keep her distracted from doing any damage :)

"let the world see my comment" Well i saw it. And I don't know wether to laugh or cry. You could ue a little capitalization so it's easier to read and understand. But what you're is you do your research, wild animals don't make bad pets, and if you got tired of a pet tiger you'd give it to a zoo. Zoo's wouldn't take it as it's had contact with humans and god knows what else. As in its been your pet. Wild animals are wild.

@17animallove u tell us not to have bet big cats but u have pet big cat's unlike u im not a Hippocrit and i actually do my research before i get a pet so why say big cat's are bad pets i could see if every one in the world wants a big cat and then they get bored of it but im not one of those people if i got tiered of my pet tiger when i get it i would give it to a local zoo and let it be there and watch it in its new habitat because i respect my pet animals, and let the world see my comment
