主料 / 霜降肉2片、杏鮑菇1支、碗豆莢10個、甜椒半個
醃肉料 / 麻油、鹽、蒜泥、黑胡椒粉各少許
調味料 / 鹽1/2小匙、水果醋半杯
做法/
1、霜降肉洗淨切0.2公分厚片,用麻油、鹽、蒜泥、黑胡椒粉醃製5分鐘備用。
2、杏鮑菇切片、甜豆莢去筋汆燙,甜椒切片備用。
3、取一平底鍋抹少許油,將霜降肉略為煎烤後取出。
4、取一容器,將甜椒、杏鮑菇、豆莢放入,用鹽、水果醋調味後,再加入肉片拌勻即可盛盤。
