Definitely looks fantastic. But, that's a hallmark of all Ridley Scott films. Even the bad ones. There's been so much talk about this movie, rumors and counter-rumors that's hard to know what to make of it. Love the Aliens series, even Resurrection so I'm in all the way. Good catch on the Space Jockey head.

I'm a little nervous about Prometheus, to be honest. I love the Alien franchise, and recent American cinema hasn't been too terribly skilled at recreating such classic films. I will, however, go see this movie, despite my fears, because the trailer is extremely enticing, and a back story is something I've always craved :)

I absolutely love H.R. Giger. Using his influences for the Alien I think made the series what it is special effects wise & cause of that I'm very curious how his work will play out in Prometheus. I'm hoping Theron will be different from Ripely only because I want her character to remain a stand alone dominate role. I do though enjoy a strong Theron so maybe she'll be the wise one warning "Shits about to go down, lets not play God". Great Geekgasm! \m/ :)
