  • in a way that place those witnesses in a clearly 'defensive' manner.

  • Thus, she is also guilty of what she accused those whom she called as 'believers' , which is seeing seeing what one wants to see. Archaeological evidences and history are also dependent on their own philosophical presuppositions. What she is presenting is clearly an 'atheistic' point of view because those same evidences she presented to support her thesis can be interpreted in a different manner. Even the way the testimonies of those who have different opinions were presented in the program

  • The host is fond of claiming that the Bible is always making false claim. I am particularly vexed by her arrogant claim that 'how people of faith can sometimes see in the the Bible what they want even though they recognized the text is much more ambiguous than they like" (21:21 ff) and 'that Bible make yet another false claim' (21:49 ff). I think that she should be honest in saying that any inquiries are significantly affected by the philosophical (epistemological) framework.

  • @Inverita1 one of my bibles does say "lier" french for tied. many metaphores. i have learned to appreciate more of the bible now that ive familiarized myself with persian poetry and culture- bible pure poerty with a guideline that even to this day LAWs are based upon.

  • @2rainmalt I agree that to trust man (any man) is to allow for error. I do believe Jesus transcended the man/God barrier and I trust that divine will has kept scripture more accurate than most lead on. Despite this, i have experienced personal revelation which helps to confirm these things I believe, but I don't expect others to take my word for it. Regardless, I hope you are having a great day. It was a pleasure coversing with you. :-)

  • @Inverita1 thank u i will watch it:)

  • @Inverita1 but christs way is the way. the details does not make one less faithful, and to beleive word per word without synicism, its to approve the disciples which i do not trust their judgment nor their perception.

  • @Inverita1 okay- jesus did say many things on cross that conveys with psalm as he knew his scriptures. i have another interpretation of why jesus said .elieli why have u abandoned me? jesus was not showing lack of faith. jesus s body had released the spirit of truth that had inhabited him since the baptist . its not very favored by orthodoc x tians. thats how jesus was son of god. because eli had died and all who dies are sons of god. i also think that many apostles are not credible.

  • @2rainmalt One last point.. you said "francis bacon rosicrucion templar agenda" possibly suggesting that the elite somehow changed scripture or invented it to keep the common man supressed. While I agre there is a conspiracy afoot, I believe that the evidence suggests many outside influences have attempted to destroy the credibility of the Bible which we see was preserved nicely from the dead sea scrolls. Watch a good explination here..

  • @2rainmalt Either way, the point of was in reference to sickofgo69's comment saying Jesus lost faith by saying "God, why have you forsaken me". I contend that this verse, "I thirst" and "it is finished" are refrences to known scripture. Jesus was drawing attention to this specifically knowing the Pharisees would know what He meant. Or, at the very least, Jesus would be quoting these verses for personal comfort. The misuse in seeing Matthew 27:45-46 as a failing was why I even brought Psalms up
