As I type this, 2 slugs are doing this on my garage door. I had a feeling it was a mating thing, but wanted to find out for sure... did a search & found this video. Nasty & slimy, but very, very cool to see in real life. The translucent bluish white "parts" are amazing! Thanks for sharing the video!

Yeah, I have two of these slugs. I found one with it's eggs and another one and I've been keeping them, and today the eggless one magically laid a bunch of eggs. They're actually really cool, I love my slugs. =]

The bitch? Each has an organ usually referred to as "male", for slugs the largest for body size in any creature.  They send and receive though, more like modems.

It's a gorgeous dance. Seen it.
