  • @Uzukazu im sorry i dont agree with you at all. these guys are just the same genre as opeth its like saying megadeth is a rip off of metallica or norther is a rip off of children of bodom. i think this band is great and i like that they sound like opeth bc opeth is amazing. but yes they do sound like opeth im not arguing with that

  • @myhigherpie2 Listen to Opeth's early albums. I think when the chuggier/more singular parts come in, it reminds me of Deliverance-era Opeth- BUT, the guitar harmony parts are oddly similar to Opeth's mid-90's output. Opeth was all about harmony and counterpoint back then. Also, if you ever listen to Edge of Sanity's Crimson, you might hear similarities there, too. Because there's three guitars recorded in spots. A middle, a left, and a right. All playing different things at times.
