Today's fat loss quickie video focuses on neck and shoulder exercises. http://www.fatlossquickie.com

I've received many emails from new moms who have developed neck and shoulder problems from carrying around their children.

I've put together some exercises to help you strengthen those areas and relieve some of your problems.

  • I think this exercise screwed up my ability to keep my purse on my shoulder. I have more of a slope than I used too....like you.

This problem annoys me every time I try to carry a shoulder bag. And carrying bags on my arm is really annoying.

There has to be a better way to get fit than to enlarge that muscle where the shoulder meets the neck.

  • You need to do lot of treadmill. You got tat wht it takes to be body builder.

  • Thanks for posting. I think you are helping many out there. I would only suggest that you learn to raise the shoulders. If your shoulders are sloping, it is desired to raise them. If not you may not be allowing enough air into the lungs. Besides, it looks better to have shoulders within 2 or 3 inchesof the chin level. Lengthen the spine, free the neck. Balance the head a top the shoulders, ears above the shoulders. The sternocleidomastoids will help to pull up the clavicle and the chest.

  • its not fair for men. women are way better at this.
