How to Change Your Login Screen Background in Windows Vista

Here's a simple tutorial on how to change your Login Screen's Background in Windows Vista. It's like changing the background of your Login Screen just like in Windows 7 but this time you need a program to change it. We are going to use Logon Studio for Windows Vista.
