@Factrocks. your tutorial simply does not work. you can see the error already in your own video. at ~8:50 you can see that php code is NOT rendered by the webserver. i assume that is the reason why you do not login as admin to verify your installation?! you won't be able to, btw..

I'm having the same error as @VinegarEel, I toggle it on the sbsetting ,turns green, I close it reopen it and its red.
