From the opening remarks it is clear the School appreciates that they were misled by the former Government not the incoming Baillieu Government nor myself as the former Liberal Candidate.
The School does need this upgrade and I will fight hard for it within the Liberal Party.
That said, it was far from politically wise for the School community to suggest that the Baillieu Government has reneged on a promise that it did not make. It was the ALP that misled the community, not the new Government.
