Miami To Exuma Bahamas on Sea-Doos Part I

Part I of the Tampa Sea-Doo Crew voyage to the Exuma Islands in the Bahamas. On June 18th 2011 we departed Miami and became the first to pilot a jet boat and a personal watercraft from Miami all the way to Chub Cay in a single day. Day 1 was the most difficult part of our journey and this video gives slight glimpse into just how far it was. Between Bimini and Chub there was a long stretch when we did not see any other boats or land for about 3.5 hours.

how much time you need from miami to bahamas?

@ThePuertoRokk Depends on what island you're going to and what the water conditions are like. On a windless day you can get to Bimini in just over an hour. For our Exuma trip it took two days of rough riding before we arrived at Allen's Cay.

I would love to do this with you guys. I just got my old stolen yamaha back from being stolen years ago and rebuilt it. Been taking it out jet ski fishing lately but I want to do this but not alone.

What steps did you have to take in order to bring a firearm overseas? I truly plan on taking this trip but to elbow cay and there is no way I am making this excursion without some protection.

really cool video!, i have a 2001 rxdi, and did something along the lines of the in summer in canada, was pretty cool, only problem was refeuling few times out of port, otherwise was too much fun!
