The Chamber of Commerce is a pro-Republican institution which intentionally surveyed conservative-leaning business owners, getting a result that indicates Obamacare makes them less likely to hire people. Obamacare makes it easier for small business owners to hire. Treating that survey as a survey is ludicrous. That survey is not logical and unscientific.
