My almost done go kart! A honda gx610 vtwin 620cc engine matted to a seriously beefy go kart chassis. 7' long 5' wide. 20 HP. Custom Yamaha R1 exhaust. Sounds like an RC-51!

No Brakes yet, or a transmission. Will be coming soon as well as new videos of this beefiness in action!

This is almost the coolest go kart on youtube. But it's not quite as cool as though karts with CBR engines!

  • dude how did you hook up that muffler did you have to flinge it or somtin?

  • @shadowforce9

It's just a custom header then a piece of flex pipe from auto zone with a proper diameter tube welded on the end then stuffed in the R1 exhaust with a big pipe clamp on it!

  • it might be a bad idea where you put the exhast next to the rear tire but unless your going for almost all day it shouldnt effect the tires too much

  • @reconman93

Tires never seemed affected, even when hammering on this beast all day!.......spinning tires on asphalt...different story!

  • That exhaust note is would make a Harley blush.

  • @turfshredder

Thanks! This is how I feel. This engine is mean!

  • Hahah! This is very true. But I think that gallon tank will last quite a while as honda has it's reputation with fuel in everything!

    Thanks!

  • sounds like a fucking harley man! that things sick!

  • that shit goes hard !

  • DRIVE THAT FUCKER!!!! :p

  • hat's off to you, sounds like a ducati!

  • sooo beefy

  • that exhaust is the sickest!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You could put an 11 gallon mini truck gas tank to the right of the seat. Soooo much room and you could go really far if you had the right place to do it.

  • were did you get this motor

  • this engine is way too big, you need to add some weight with a roll cage or something. Also get a very # clutch, it will flip when you gas it with too low of gearing.

  • haha sounds really good for the type of motor! Surprised really!
