if you got slim it doesnt get rrod however it destroys discs like previous models...if you get an older 360 model like elite you have to take alot care of it and if it got rrod you have to send it to microsoft in order to fix it

worked for me
my xbox got rrod (1 bar)
called xbox, they said send it for fix
left it for about 2 weeks until i sent it
got it back and they said it was fine and stop wasting their time.
it worked perfectly after that

ps3 rocks my socks off. i love the ps3 to death. i wish i had made a smarter choice then getting the xbox 1st. but imma wait til christmas and get myself the internet, blu-ray, blue tooth, free online play, multimedia mutherfuckin monster that is the ps3. fuck ya i cant wait.

My first xbox 360 had this error in total of 2 times then it got the E79 and E71 errors so i threw that one away and bought a new xbox 360 a few days ago
