12 ring qualify (?) at WJF6!!!

Richard and I passing 12 rings in the synchronous ultimates pattern. Filmed during WJF6 in Las Vegas on July 24, 2010.

Let's just say it took more than one try ;)

There was a debate about whether 24 catches (12 catches each) qualifies 12 rings in passing. I bet Richard a dollar that it takes 48 total catches (24 each) to qualify this. Lots of people in the gym had their opinion one way or the other, but nobody could really say "for sure" what the official rules of passing are.

@IRNjuggle28 It wouldn't have been much trouble for him to win, our right but he only went there to visit for couple or a few days. He wouldnt have been able to compete in all the competitions he wanted to.

Correction: 12 (rings) * 4 (hands) = 48 (catches)

I have always heard that to qualify a pattern, you take the number of objects and multiplies it by the number of (in this case) hands. So 6 (rings) * 4 (hands) = 24 (catches).
