I can do similar thig pyrokinesis my ability increases actually while doing this.Sad that i am not able to do telekinesis

Ideally to improve show the versatility choose one psi wheel at random so say get six roll a dice then whichever number it lands on move the corresponding psiwheel next flip a coin heads clockwise tails anticlockwise. This will demonstrate that you are influencing the energy intelligently even when the target is picked randomly an example of intelligent control :) This will show using probability that you are controlling it and it is not just ambient current.

I disagree that it is impossible to focus with distractions although it is a problem unless properly conditioned. One can learn to condition them self from distractions and speak from the true self while doing pk. Inner peace focus is the goal then all other distractions become irrelevant.
