Spring gyaru tutorial for choco gals

Hello everyone! This tutorial will show you all how to do the basic gyaru make up look without using any lower lashes and some products that will actually show up on darker skinned gals ("choco gals" - credit to HeirOfGlee). Some models do this and at first I didn't quite like how bare and naked it looked but I've grown a new liking to it ^ ^ I still prefer using bottom lashes though but this is for anyone who would like to do this instead. This is also a fun springy look as well (hint the colorful srunchie/usamini) so you can play it up or down as you please.
Last thing, I did use my hands for pretty much everything except for the eyeliner just to show you that you don't HAVE to buy the expensive brushes that beauty gurus typically rave about however they do make a world of difference.
