This device prevents a standard semi-auto AR15 from having a detachable magazine, per CA Penal Code 12276.1.

By California laws, a detachable magazine is "an ammunition feeding device that can be removed readily from the firearm with neither disassembly of the firearm action nor use of a tool being required. A bullet or ammunition cartridge is considered a tool."

There are no laws requiring that an ammunition feeding device, or a magazine, has to be permanently attatched.

  • Out of all the stupid things I've seen people install on their rifles, this has to be the worst.

  • @lvska1 I guess you missed the video description.

  • As someone who was born in California, and who's job is dependent upon California's economy, let me just say this:

I'm glad CA's policies are finally making that state go TU. Bankruptcy and a steady spiral into fiscal, social, and tyrannical oblivion couldn't happen to a more deserving group of voters.

May God grant your productive and liberty minded residents the means to get out while they can. The state is too far gone for any changing.

  • Fuck the People's Republic of Kalifornia. Glad I live in AZ, where full auto is legal with a tax stamp and ATF registration and open carry laws allow me to walk down the street with a locked and loaded AK-47 with multiple 30 round mags. Cali... Poor bastards.

  • California is so fucked. Start plugging Liberals left and right, then there won't be any assholes left to complain about the 2A.

  • @TheRealMrDanks think for a second about this... in a SHTF situation you will have at least 3 minutes of advanced warning. Unscrew this POS we're forced to use here in communist Kalifornia and re-install the original one, case closed... in less time that it takes to reload a 30 round mag.

  • @daniejw it helps so that you have a reason to not help the hippies and the dykes. basically thinning the heard from the libs.

  • @lvska1

I agree, but they have to because they're in Cali.

  • @vtec44sbn These gun laws are so ridiculous - the only people who are going obey them are the people who are law abiding.

  • ill just wear a small ball or something attached to my finger so i can press it with my finger again

  • Other than impeding the ability to remove the cartridge quickly what other disadvantage does this button create compared to a stock ar15 ?

    thanx

  • We will all have to have one of these someday.
