Theonecritic1, what a joke! I'm not a professional nor amateur bodybuilder but I have been working out for personal health and eating for 10 yrs. Do you even know what it takes for a girl like Julie or any athlete to become what they have achieved? Most definitely not. YMCA represent, keep it up Jewels.

okay, so 1/2 cup of real food(oatmeal) with 1/2 scoop of crap and another 1/2 scoop of crap mixed in with something pretending to be sugar. Nice....lol no wonder all you body builder type woman have stocky looking limbs and kind of look fat. Not nice lean and slender like real woman. You were probably really fat before.
