It was confirmed that this track is from Chris Haigh who's website is at www.chrishaighmusic.co.uk now rather this track was used in Ace Combat's The Shark trailer is still unknown, but to hear more music from this amazing composer do check out this website.

@starkyalicante0 According to 2ch, it was more of a "Live" interview, thing going on. 2ch has a lot of live things that happen at certain times, for instance august 11th Falcom's JDK band is performing live, and will be streamed on Nicovideo. The exact live video I did not get to see myself, however there was an audio posted up that had snipits of the interview, and then this track played, before it faded ouot going back to the interview. I'm sure they cut off mainly this part of it to show it
