Healthcare began change when the fbi in Buffalo had not defined that a woman at HUD was sick due 2 Kadafi fromLibya ..who had 2 people on staff & a drug was in her food, then others.. 7 dead in 3 yrs; but w/hsg laws changing fast...it went unnoted to be related.
