First day on Powerisers

This is at about 10-15 mins after putting on my brand new Powerisers

First Impressions:

1. They are much larger and heavier than I anticipated
2. It is a major workout just to walk around in these
3. It was really hard to even stand the first minute or so, but once you get the hang of standing - walking is easy
4. They have some major bounce to them (obviously) - I cannot wait to start jumping
5. They are freaking AWESOME!

Mine are model PR90120 and weighted for 200-265lbs. I am 5'11 and weight 190 (soon to be 180 if I keep using these - it is great exercise!) I got the heavier spring because I wanted more bounce for my buck.


Update: After having them for a couple months, I ended up falling backward on them and dislocating my knee. Haven't used them since :-/

What shoe size are you ? or does it matter what shoe size you are

I am size 12 (US). It really doesn't matter what shoe size you are, the straps are adjustable and you were your own shoes while using the stilts.

Where is the update? How did you do after a week?? Darn I wanted to see part 2 to see the learning curve. I know what happened, new house = no play time.

My impressions was exactly the same as yours. Got them yesterday and i learned to walk pretty fast. Can't run yet though. At least not properly. Still running like a dumbass. lol, but these are really awesome and i don't regret buying it a second!
