  • thank you for your kind comment jheuvel3 ,do you really have nothing better to do ?

  • Have you really got nothing better to do than add insulting comments to social sites, very sad person.

  • Hi,

It did come to an abrupt stop, this was caused by one of the reverse linkage bolts comming loose and wedging under the bar.Shortened the bolt and all is well.Once set to run smoothly, one should really add a drop of thread lock but there are so many bolts ,it would take a week.

  • Those are extremely rare - it's excellent to see a video of one working.

  • Hi,

The majority of these engines do not run in one direction or the other, they are a real problem to time.I enjoyed this model as it was very smooth in both directions with some nice added features. Thanks for your comment.

  • Cool as! Thanks for the video.

I don't know much about steam engines. There seems to be a lot of different types out there. If you wanted to power an electrical generator with one (to power a house) is there a particular type that is more suitable than the rest?

  • beautiful engine.

  • Please please please ........ it is so silly to run this at such high revs. An insult to the maker.

  • @GrosvenorAntiques I have come to belive its cos ppl try to time them on air preassure, and then fail with live steam. (?)

  • It's not a sewing machine stupid
