It was intended to be humorous, and the font was chosen to be easy to read for the setting it was being used in. It was nothing more than a funny way to inform people of an upcoming baptism service, designed to inspire questions, rather than just distribute information.

Octomoose, if you're wondering if a person being baptized in that way is a violation of their rights, I can say with some certainty that the closest anyone comes to being baptized against their will is infant baptism, since the babies don't give consent, which I don't normally do because it is redundant. Baptism is an outward expression of an inward state of relationship with God. Without that relationship, Nacho may as well have hit him with a water balloon, cause the baptism meant nothing.

Glad you enjoyed it, although I can't take credit for it, I saw something similar on another church's website and just recreated it to make an advertisement for an upcoming Baptism service we were doing. I thought it was a hilarious non-traditional way to make the announcement...lol
