the 2nd follow up job

-due to a renter that kept canceling appointments, this 30 day follow up was closer to 45 days. it is very important to maintain regular follow ups. the last visit showed a 80-90% deformity rate in the roaches, where as this time was 40-50% it was almost back to square one. a few more weeks and it would have been

the renter is out (as well as the power) so no hepi-vac program could be used on this visit

  • At that point, wouldn't it be best to evacuate the place and set off a bunch of "bombs"?

  • @momonator123 actually no. most all aerosol "bombs" contain an active ingredient that is a repellent, meaning, it is designed to repel. when "bombs" are set off, the ones out of direct contact will go hide deep in walls and voids, out of reach of the chemical. most bombs leave very little, if any residual. so all they have to do is wait it out.

besides, one left behind pregnant female can cause up to 4 generations of new roaches (aka a population of 250,000)
