This was the most poignant, beautiful "delivery" ever on daytime. They were so convincingly realistic. I still tear up when I watch this. Shane's face was just filled with incredible love, awe and joy all in one beautiful expression. Kim's gut--wrenching labor and delivery were enough to make one feel the pain. It's the end result of that very special moment when father, mother and child become one family. A miracle. Overwhelmingly beautiful moment. I was awe struck at its beauty.

aw wow I think this birth was 10x better than Hope& Bo's birth of JT its amazing , I never watched Kimberly & Shane but wow thats all I can say there amazing together the acting makes you think its so real and this is really happening not just tv

I love the way when Shane leans in to kiss Andrew, Kimberly kisses Shane on the head. Its such a natural and loving thing to do.
I remember I cried when I watched this episode all those years ago.
