This has to be one of the best and most realistic storylines I have ever seen on a soap. They could have easily done soap way out of this and had Jackson walk again but they didn't. They took a very soapy story and made it real. The pain and anguish Jackson, Aaron and Hazel felt was expressed so well by the actors and then the reaction from everyone else brought forth a very serious debate around assisted suicide. Well done.
RIP Jackson

British soaps are better than MOST American soaps, mot all, but most American soaps. =]

I wish that vicar would stop talking in generalities and riddles...

Stupid vicar... It's funny how he talks about principles, but I'm pretty sure if Hazel had robbed a bank, and Jackson had died in the process, he'd have buried him. Religious principles are so dumb. If you don't do something based on your own moral principles, I think it's okay because the wellbeing of others is within moral principles. But religious principles are about laws, choices and right or wrong... They are stupid guidelines made up by stupid people who saw the world in black and white.

"I feel certain that, whatever the outcome had been... the real agony for Aaron is just beginning." Painfully true.
-
Jerry's pretty big on himself for someone who had rejected his own son and had no relationship with him for years.
-
I always knew he'd come out not guilty!:D Always am right!

WOW OMG I LOVE, I mean I seriously LOVE Pauline/Danny (Aaron/Hazel) acting and relationship. It´s so good I can´t stop my addiction to this. Chas is a great character to see too. Funny and sometimes also heartbreaking
