  • great it' full of treasure

  • @brolyss4 Yeah, at times. It's always good to keep an eye on both stores. Some times HLJ has super sales that beat HobbySearch's. But it's true, more often HobbySearch has pretty good deals on Mechas.

  • @eckergus hobbysearch (1999) is cheaper than hlj

  • @klangdalen

HobbySeach has one 1/48 Valk for ¥12,580 (USD $137.28). It's Max's VF-1A. Just so you know. To find the site Googel "HobbySearch Japan." This a smaller store than HLJ and OverDrive, but it has some good deals too from time to time.

  • @eckergus

Well, found a VF-1A Valkyrie Production Color 1/48 Scale but its like 200USD.

Meh, might get it, gonna wait for my 2 newly ordered ones to come first ;)

  • @klangdalen

About the Valks, the 1/60s are gorgeous! The VT-1 & VE-1 are among my favorites.

Now, 1/48 Valks. Oh boy. I think you're gonna have a hard time finding one at this point in time. Most 1/48s have been discontinued and the ones left are pretty few and quite hard to find. Now, there is hope. If you wait you may be able to pick one of the two VF-1Ss Yamato will releasing soon. Keep an eye at HLJ! Keep in touch! DECULTURE! XD

  • @klangdalen

I'm glad to help. I get most of my stuff from HLJ and some from OverDrive or HobbySearch (depending on the deals!). These three stores are based in Japan and have pretty good prices. Also, they are very reliable. I have bought stuff from them and have never had any problems whatsoever.

By the way (I should have probably told you this before), I hope you chose EMS (Express Mail Service) for shipping. Regular mail from Japan may take a few weeks to deliver packages.

  • @eckergus

uuh, thanks =D just ordered the Armor parts set now <3

They were alot cheaper than anything I´ve found on Amazon, too bad alot of the models are out of stock though but guess I´ll have more than enough fun with the ones I found =D

I´m planning on getting most of the 1\60 scale ones and like 1 1\48, any suggestions on what 1\48 to get? Or are they pretty much all the same? ´cept coloring schemes etc ofc..

  • @klangdalen

Yeah, this is a very nice piece of memorabilia. If you're gonna get it I'd recommend you get it from HobbyLink Japan. HLJ has this Valk for $185.00 USD + $35.00 (for express shipping). Amazon has it for $240.00 + who-know's-how-much-in-shipping. Overdrive had it for $165.99 + shipping, but it's sold out. If I were you I would consider HLJ, but it's up to you. Keep in touch and let me know how the shopping goes! XD

  • Just wathcing the vid gave me goosebumps... This is so gonna be next in my collection. Just got the 1/60 VF-1J Hikaru Valkyrie and saw this one on amazon yesterday but wasnt to sure to get it or not. Kinda sure now<3 Guess Focker´s 1\60 gotta wait a little longer ;)
