Can you SHUT THE FUCK UP? The internet was found by DARPA , its an american agency and it was first called as ARPANET not internet. The invented this system to make communications at war. and you fuckin idiot,those shits u talkin about are called IP adress,so stfu,my lil bro who is 1 year old can find an IP adress.PLUS none of those satellite are able to control the internet, they just SEND information from a point to another point with a high speed.
