At last now I figured out how the heck I put the sounds using SnagIt but anyways this is my first MUGEN All-Star 2008 Match Naruto vs Bankai Ichigo

And BTW This video is a tribute to Marky Cielo the voice of Ichigo Kurosaki in Bleach (Philippine Dub)who's passed away Last December of 2008.

why didn't they used the Ichigo soundboard for the original BANKAI-sound?

I don't know, maybe the creator of this character didn't know how to rip sounds from ds or PS2. Just my opinion.
