Okay, first off a huge Thank You to Pat Benatar for this Rockin' Song! Needed it right now. Since I don't have a piano and my guitar only has four strings, and none of those placed in a convenient manner mind you, and I couldn't sing like you if my life depended upon it, I decided to make this little video. The pictures are various screenshots from my various wanders through the net. You reminded me of some very important things Ms. Benatar. Must find that album somewhere. I know it's in one of these boxes. ;-} Nothing quite like vinyl y'all.
As for why I made this little mvid? Well, let's just say the music and lyrics, and these pictures pretty much sum up my emotional, mental and physical state in the past month and a half. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel y'all. There always has been in the past, at least so far, and I'm confident that good fortune will continue. I think. Hopefully.
One thing though - I'm not the same person I was. And whatever the reason, I do believe the person coming out on the other side will end up being a much stronger one. That much I can see. Already started down the road, you see. And have no intention of backtracking to go down the other one. Nope. only one way from here y'all.

As for today's female rock artists, we don't have any that compare to Pat Benatar. (IMO) And such a shame really. This kind of music will be my favorite forever.

@TheKrystahlPhoenix Oh yeah! Pat Benatar is one of a kind - an Opera Singer with a Rock Star attitude. Can't beat that. And the music? Well that just touches something inside all of us. Does me anyway.
