@panjikill There is NO possibility that any Snake ,even a Anaconda could eat a hippo even if they shared the same continent , this hapless creature is a Tapir ,and this location is in Brazil !! Capybara , a large rodent in Brazil is most often on the Anacondas menu .

I think the title should be changed : Anaconda swallows Tapir . This is not a hippopotamus . The narrator is speaking in Portuguese . Therefor this is in Brazil not Africa, where all hippos live . Frankly speaking it's extremely unlikely a Snake even this size would or even kill a hippo ,which is the most dangerous of animals and can even annihilate Crocodiles . Anyway this is in a different continent and regarding these two creatures :"Never the twain could meet ".
