Another point to bring up is that any individuals that are killed in Heavenly Host Elementary are permanently erased from history. The box must have been left by ghost Yuka and the reason no one mentioned her is because she never existed (to her parents). Knowing this fact the ajacent room isn't Yuka's room anymore (probably a closet).

@avc1234 if thats true then why was naho still remembered because im pretty sure she died before they got there and her blog should have disappeared because she didnt exist anymore plus shionzaki remembered kibiki(i think thats how its spelled) naho's sensei so it wasnt just because of naho's supernatural powers

@MasterMarx300 Your logic, although sound, relies on the idea that both Hibiki and Naho died sometime before the main characters came to that world. More over Naho rejected her death and has higher spiritual powers this most likely allowed her to maintain her existence after death. Ether way here blog could never go away until the others ether died or returned or it would cause a paradox over how they got the info on how to do the charm to get to the school.
