Jaguar would go Microsoft before apple since Jaguar belongs to Ford Motor Company. So scratch Jaguar. About the rest, nothing is known about it. In terms of voice recognition, Microsoft is beyond apple. So far, apple has not shown anything otherwise.

I believe Apple is in talks with a few auto companies, I think mainly Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen, and Jaguar. I'm pretty sure that Apple would do a stellar job with their iteration of a car OS. The Sync does look like it does its job well though.
