Seattle Direct Counseling Welcome Message

The welcome video on my website, http://www.seattledirecounseling.com, located in Seattle, WA. I conduct counseling and coaching sessions F2F and online using Skype or FaceTime.

I see a diverse clientele with a variety of issues spanning relationships issues to mood disorders. I have a sub specialty in eating disorders and self-injurious behaviors. My degrees allow me to work effectively with dual diagnosis clients (i.e. people with a medical and mental health diagnosis). My office is LGBT and poly friendly, and you'll find that I work well helping those in a variety of relationship configurations. You will be met with compassion and respect.

I am leveraging Social Media and blogging to help educate an Internet savvy generation so that they can make informed choices about their health and mental health. Using my experience as a Registered Nurse and Licensed Mental Health counselor, my blog, tweets, and updates reflect my views on current issues in health care and psychology, and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of other helping professionals or institutions that I might be in contact with.
