  • Nice tutorial. Although I personally follow a different method which is :

    1) White primer

    2) Undercoat yellow (with airbrush)

    3) Enamel light brown wash (so it sits on the recesses)

    and then start building the details. I find this gives you a very strong yellow basecoat that you can work on your washes and further details.

  • @lfgavalas well, there is more then one way to shave a cat ;-)

  • what mix of paints do you use for each layer?

    the result is great! very unified with the rest of imperial fists(dread-rhino)

  • just follow my how to paint the imperial fist terminator. its the same technick.

  • Is that some sort of clay you use to hold the model in place while you paint?

  • it is caled uhu patafix. this is a clay to hold posters in place. in america it is caled blue tac i believe. agproductions made a video about that stuff.

  • @GirlPainting : I wouldn't know, mine scratched my eyes out first time round I tried to shave him so I won't be trying any other methods :P

    When it comes to batch painting I can be quite lazy so I always try to minimize the effort.
