Dutch was released before Jim. They actually chose Vince Russo and Ed Fucking Ferrara over Jim - why anyone would choose that tandem for any reason is beyond me.

It's almost as if Russo throws out ideas and shakes one of those 8-Balls and no matter how stupid the idea if the ball says yes he does it. I don't know why anyone would want Oklahoma working for them either.
