  • i tried this..now my neighbors dont have a front window

  • He's Juan Marichal without the kick. Both went far behind the back with the position of ball slung low before the arm finally moves forward with the rest of the body. The difference is that Marichal got his drive from the kick (vertical) while Lincecum gets it from a quick, long stride (horizontal). Both men threw the best off-speed pitches in the game. Both could throw pitches with big or tight breaks. Both excelled in back-door & painting the strike zone.

  • There is always a little give to the foot fault rule, but Tim is the WORST in the league, by about 6 inches. He takes advantage of the fact that the rule isn't enforced. I love him as a pitcher, don't get me wrong - but let's not say there's nothing wrong with him pitching off the rubber... 2-3 inches? Ok, fine, I won't complain about him getting away with it, as others do as well... but a foot? C'mon man - that's just ridiculous.

  • @1986billyk CONTINUED "Foot fault" is such a load of shit.....What about Jamie Moyer, who would start with his heel barely on the rubber with 2 strikes and then rotate forward to START his delivery about 12 inches closer to the plate. Lincecum (or any pitcher that uses rotational force effectively) doesn't separate from the mound by CHOICE.....it's a direct result of the rotational force being converted into linear action. Learn a thing or two before you start yapping your fucking gums.

  • @1986billyk You're an idiot. I suppose you also want to LITERALLY enforce the balk rule too? "Intentionally decieve the runner." So I should warn him before I throw over?! Slap dick. I also had a similar delivery to Lincecum's when I pitched in college....allowed me to get down the hill and land on the ball of my foot while generating a lot of velocity. @ 5'10" 175 I was sitting low 90s, topping 95 MPH and had a slider in the mid 80s.

  • @williamsjennifer09 Maybe if they were a tad more successful.

  • i wish i could try using some of these mechanics for velocity but im afraid to mess up my throw that i have no :/

  • @JSasRays I would be honored to be struck out by Tim Lincecum.

  • @IIxROOKxII He won the Cy Young his rookie year. Rookie year and first year can be mistaken. Yes, he played in 2007, but he didn't see much playing time that year. 2008 was his rookie year.

  • @DoctaSmoove not hatin on UW bro i live next to it but im just wonderin why he didnt go somewhere else. the baseball field at UW is pretty shitty. He did go to high school right near here though so i guess it makes sense

  • Wish he would play for the mariners. He knows he wants to

  • @philroyclifton Your a fucking moron.... in his first year he didn't win a cy young dipshit! If your gonna make a point make sure your right. Also im not saying he's bad because he's not but you shouldn't talk shit if your soucres are fiction.
