Hahaha the cars. Yeah it takes a while to get used to the traffic mate. lol. its crazy. They say if you walk really slowly across the road most cars will stop for you. Just dont stop cause if you stop halfway through they will get confused just keep going and do not run across the road.

not so much bugs as dust&fluff - but I think that's common in all apartments.
If you have alot of bugs in yours, you should get it checked out by someone reputable. I had a few friends who got exterminators in and it turned out pretty good for them.
