Following the release of a video clip of an interview he participated in in the 1980's, William Hay has often been cited as a scientist who has allegedly attested to the miraculous nature of the information within the Quran.

This video is an uncut interview with Prof Hay nearly 30 years later asking him to explain this experience in detail, and his thoughts on the matter.

I've seen the claim that science supports claims in the Koran misused a number of times. If an honest Muslim has watched this video, he or she will advise his/her brothers and sisters against using the claim that William Hay positively supported Koranic claims of supernatural knowledge. Honing one's arsenal of argumentation involves sharpening the fine points and throwing away the bent arrows. It is no longer an option to honestly claim William Hay as a supporter.

I am always impressed when somebody can speak multiple languages. I was simply telling you that I wasn't sure what one sentence meant, and that it is an understandable situation.

You say you'll talk about the devil some more. It will be a waste of your time and mine. Let us simply say, your are a faithful Muslim doing dawah for Islam, and I am a person with a naturalistic worldview who sees no evidence for any supernatural claims.

Again you refer to the devil in reference to me stance. To me such concepts are for scaring children into behaving. It always saddens me when adults still consider things like this to be true.

I understand you may have a different mother tongue so communicating in English might be difficult. With that said, there is nothing to proof about people converting to religions. Do you have to proof anything about the people who convert to Judaism, Christianity, Scientology, Buddhism, Jainism etc?No.The question is irrelevant.
