I saw Sha Na Na years ago at the South Shore Music Circus in Cohasset MA and after the concert he came into the restaurant nearby. I almost died but I didn't want to bother him though because he was catching up with some of his family members since he's from the Boston area. BTW, he's even cuter in person.

Honestly - Johnny Contardo was as talented as anyone in the original doo wop era and more so than most ... I wish he had stayed in the business a bit longer ... what a talent ...

Had to go to Time-Life and check out the oldies...you never hear them anymore...i absolutely love them...no radio stations anymore. Thanks so much for takin the time to do this.
